My Sophomore Year

Where to Begin... Oh yeah the biggest goal I found as a sophomore was that I want to be a doctor. A Forensic Pathologist to be more specific. I first came to even think about this when I heard that we had a possibility to see a human being opened. The organs removed and all the stuff they do. Many people just with the thought of seeing this became a little disgusted. But for some unusual reason I didn't. Not long after that a doctor went to my Health 2 class. His name was Dr.Degani, Mrs.Degani's husband. He spoke about the years in school and money people have to spend to be a doctor. That day I learned, "to be a doctor you need to really want to take of people, you shouldn't be in it for the money". All though the pay is very good.

I thought about it and asked my self "am I in it for the money", the answer was no. I really care for people. I would like to make a difference in someones life. What better way to do that than as a doctor. Of course helping people and the law enforcement find the cause of death of people is a very good thing. To me being a doctor would be an ideal job. One that I can be happy going to.
Of course in this great school I also learned about life. Life isn't perfect, it has its ups and downs. I can easily say that thanks to Mr.Leh I learned thing about the reality of life. About the cruelty and compassion of people, and what a human being is capable of doing and discovering. Life is an ever lasting love for those who are there for you and for those who know your truth.
In this school this year i can say that I didn't really learn much. One thing I did learn is that no matter how many friends you have, when the day that you really in need of help the true friends are going to stand up and help. Even if this means endangering their very own life. Academically I haven't learned much, but what I have learned will stay with me the rest of my life.
In this, my sophomore year I have learned what I want to do in life and who is going to be with me in my time of need. What I need to accomplish my goals. This year for me was worse than a roller-coster. When I thought something bad was over, here comes another one right out of the turn. This year has not been great, but I know I will leave this sophomore year a better man.
